THREE MONTHS IN: THE FIRST ETEP 2018 RESULTS

2018 promises to be a very good year for The European Talent Exchange Programme (ETEP), in the just three months since the programme kicked off at ESNS 257 shows by 106 ETEP acts have been confirmed at the 116 participating festivals. SUPERORGANISM is currently heading the charts with 13 confirmed festival slots at festivals such as Primavera Sound (es), Best Kept Secret (nl) and Melt (de).

 

Aiming to promote European music across the European continent, ETEP supports the booking of emerging European talent on European festivals. Seven new festivals have joined the programme this year: Apolide (it), by:larm (no), Focus Wales (gb), Grape Festival (sk), Tuska Open Air (fi), OppiKoppi (za) and Canadian Music Week (ca), with the addition of these festivals the programme generates even more opportunities for European Artist, both inside and outside of Europe.

 

PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Indie-pop revelation SUPERORGANISM is currently heading the charts, closely followed by spiritual, gospel metal project Zeal & Ardor.  

In the first three months of the programme, ETEP 2018 has already amounted to 257 shows by 106 ETEP acts from 22 countries. From the start of the programme in 2003, ETEP has facilitated 3.775 shows by 1.360 artists in over 30 countries in total. Find a list with the most booked acts below:
